Do I own my website?
Yes. Your domain, content and website belong to your business. If you ever move on, we give you a full copy and transfer the domain, free, within 14 days.
I've already got a website. Can you help?

How long does it take?
Usually about a week from your kick-off call to going live. The main thing that sets the pace is how quickly your photos and details reach us.
I'm not good with computers. Is that a problem?
No. That's the point. You tell us what you want in plain English, send us photos from your phone, and we take care of everything else.
I haven't got photos or any words written.
Phone photos of your jobs are perfect, and we pick the best ones. For the words, send us a few lines on each service and we'll tidy them up, or add our copywriting for £250 and we'll write the whole site from your kick-off call.
What if something breaks?
On a care plan, email or message us and we fix it. If your site is down we're on it within four working hours, and weekly backups mean nothing is lost.
Do I have to take a care plan?
Yes, for the first 12 months. It covers hosting, security, backups and your business email, so the site stays fast and safe while it builds up enquiries. After that it's month to month, and if you ever leave we hand everything over, free, within 14 days.
